These homemade rolls are soft, fluffy and impossible to resist. They are a good addition to any meal and can be filled with cheese, meat or baked without filling.

My Mom always fills these rolls with feta. The feta adds a sour note to the rolls. She serves them with yogurt when eaten as a snack. They are also fantastic for dipping in soup on a cold winter day.

Directions:
In a large bowl mix the milk, oil, sugar, eggs whites, salt, and dry yeast.
Add 3 cups of flour to the same bowl and mix well.
Place the dough on a floured surface and gradually add the last 3 cups of flour. Knead the dough for roughly 8 to 10mins until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough back in the mixing bowl and spread 1tsp of oil on it.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 2 hours.

Once the dough has risen, place it on a floured surface and cut it in pieces that weigh approximately 70g. My dough yielded 23 small balls.
Cover the balls in plastic wrap and work with one ball at the time.

Grease a baking tray with oil.
Take one ball out of the plastic wrap and flatten it with a rolling pin.
On one end of the rolled out dough, add 1 tsp of feta cheese and on the other end cut the dough vertically as seen in the image below.

Roll the dough up into a crescent like shape.

Repeat the same process until you finish rolling all the balls into crescent like shapes.
